Dr. Taylor wants to provide you with quality dental care that fits into your budget. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as offer third party financing through CareCredit, Wells Fargo and Chase. We also offer a five percent discount for payment made in full on the date of service. We are a preferred provider for MetLife, and as a courtesy to all our patients, we will file insurance claims for you.
We also have forms available for you to download and fill out prior to coming into the office.
